We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for our two audit service tiers.

Refund Policy by Service Tier

Comprehensive AI & Automation Audit ($2,000 AUD)

Our Performance Guarantee

We are so confident in our process that we guarantee you will identify at least $20,000 in potential efficiency gains or revenue opportunities through your Comprehensive Audit. If we don't deliver on this guarantee, we'll refund your full investment—no questions asked.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

1.Complete the full audit process, including:

•The initial 60-90 minute deep-dive interview

•Review of the comprehensive audit report we provide

•Participation in the 60-minute strategy review call

2.Make the refund request within 14 days of receiving your final audit report and completing the strategy review call.

3.Provide specific feedback explaining why you believe the audit did not identify at least $20,000 in potential efficiency gains or revenue opportunities.

What "Potential Efficiency Gains or Revenue Opportunities" Means

This includes any combination of:

•Time savings that can be converted to dollar value (e.g., 10 hours per week saved × hourly rate)

•Cost reductions through automation or process improvements

•Revenue growth opportunities through improved marketing, sales, or customer retention

•Operational efficiencies that reduce overhead or improve profit margins

We calculate these projections conservatively and provide detailed ROI analysis in your report.

Quick Start Audit ($297 AUD)

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident you'll find immense value in your Quick Start Audit. If, after our 60-minute strategy call, you don't feel you have a clear action plan worth at least the price of the audit, we'll refund your full investment—no questions asked.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

1.Complete the full Quick Start Audit process, including:

•Review of the Digital Presence Snapshot report we send you

•Participation in the 30-minute strategy call

2.Make the refund request within 7 days of completing your 30-minute strategy call.

3.Provide brief feedback explaining why you feel the audit did not deliver a clear, actionable plan worth the investment.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms outlined above, please follow these steps:

1.Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]"

2.Include the following information:

•Your full name and contact details

•The audit service you purchased (Comprehensive or Quick Start)

•The date of your audit interview/strategy call

•A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund based on the guarantee conditions

3.Allow 3-5 business days for us to review your request and respond.

4.If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

•Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

•Other payment methods: Processing times may vary; we will notify you of the expected timeframe.

Conditions & Exclusions

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

1.Failure to complete the audit process: If you do not attend your scheduled interview/strategy call or do not review the materials provided, you are not eligible for a refund.

2.Requests made outside the eligibility timeframe: Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframes (14 days for Comprehensive, 7 days for Quick Start).

3.Disagreement with recommendations: If you simply disagree with our recommendations or choose not to implement them, this does not qualify for a refund. Our guarantee is based on identifying opportunities, not on your decision to act on them.

4.Implementation services already redeemed: If you have already redeemed your audit fee against implementation services, the audit fee is no longer eligible for refund.

Upgrade Credits

If you purchased the Quick Start Audit and upgraded to the Comprehensive Audit within 30 days (with your $297 credited toward the $2,000 fee), the refund policy that applies is the Comprehensive Audit refund policy only. The Quick Start portion is considered fulfilled.

Our 90-Day Support Commitment

Please note that for the Comprehensive Audit, you receive 90 days of email and phone support to help clarify any aspect of your report. We encourage you to use this support before requesting a refund, as many questions or concerns can be resolved through further discussion.

For the Quick Start Audit, we are available to answer follow-up questions within 30 days of your strategy call.

Australian Consumer Law

This Refund Policy is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Australian law.
