Do we have to use you to implement the suggestions outlined in the report?
No, not at all. You are very welcome to take the report back to your team for them to implement. However, if you do decide to use our implementation services , your $2,000 AUD audit fee can be fully redeemed against your implementation service fee.
What is the refund policy if we aren't happy with the report?
We offer different guarantees for each audit tier because we're confident in the value we deliver:
For the Comprehensive Audit ($2,000):We guarantee you will identify at least $20,000 in potential efficiency gains or revenue opportunities. If we don't deliver on this promise, we'll refund your full investment—no questions asked.
